Carry  out  Procurement, installation, construction, rectification of defects, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover of the Fit-Out and Furnishing WORK of Podium at Qatar Petroleum District in West Bay, Doha 

SCOPE OF WORKS

Procurement, installation, construction, rectification of defects, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning and handover of the Fit-Out and Furnishing WORK of Podium at Qatar Petroleum District in West Bay, Doha

Demolition

Demolition of existing masonry works.

Coring/ Cutting/ Opening of Post Tensioned Structural Slab (PTS) for architectural and MEP requirements.

Dismantling, Removal and Safe Disposal and Safe Storage of As-built MEP installations, Plant and equipment

• Supply and install of screed, rendering, floor finishes, wall finishes and skirting finishes as per  interior finishes Schedule.
• Supply and installation of doors & ironmongeries as per Specifications,
• Supply and install of dry-wall partitions, fire-rated partitions, single and double glazed demountable partitions, demountable glass wall partitions and door for toilet  cubicles as per Specifications.
• Supply and install block work walls cladded with Stone, Wood, Veneer, Melamine, Laminate, Glass & Metal finish as per drawings & Schedule of finishes
• Supply and install carpet tiles , stone tiles , ceramic floor tile,  false ceiling and false ceiling system   as per drawings and Interior finishes schedule.
• Supply and install all works related to QPPF, QPPS, Auditorium, Cafeteria  as per drawing, specifications & Schedule of finishes.
