GC16105500 EPIC FOR MITIGATION OF PIPING VIBRATION AND NOISE AT RG PLANT DUKHAN

1. Project comprises provision of two (2) new multistage RO’s and associated piping, two chemical injection line modification, and civil structures/ pipe supports to accommodate the new modified line and to provide proper operation / maintenance access to the valves and multistage RO’s.
2. The objective of this project is to address and mitigate the most critical vibration issues at the RG Plant.

• Line isolation and Degassing by QP
• Unbolt and remove the existing valve 97-BV-105-0171 & Line No12″-GV-97-0011-S09A & Provide Blind Flange ( T-01)
• Cold cut and remove the existing flare line no 24″-GV-97-0013-S01A
• Fit-up & welding of Pre-fabricated Line 24″-GV-97-0011-S03A Pipe with Tee connection (T-02)
• Unbolt and remove the existing line no 12″-GV-97-0011-S09A downstream of existing Valve 97-BDV-010 Incl existing Orifice
• Fit-up and Welding of New Line 12″-GV-97-0011-S09A ( T-03)
• Unbolt and remove the existing line no 1.1/2″-CI-94-0010-S09A downstream of existing Valve 97-SDV-050 & SP-32-004
• Fit-up & Welding of New Line 1.1/2″-CI-94-0010-S09A (T-04)
• NDT of Field Joints
• Hydro testing Flushing, Cleaning and Air blowing
• Installation of New Multi-stage RO and Valves
• Sand Blasting and Painting of Field Joints
• Punch list Clearance and Line Commissioning

Instrumentation

Re-installation of SDV and Cable re-termination with all Pneumatic tubing works
