GC161058A0 EPIC OF METERING SYSTEM AT MESAIEED (PART A)

Design, procure, Install and commission Facility new Coriolis mass flow meter order to mitigate the discrepancies in the quantity of supply of butane through the current butane flow metering system installed in NGL and the quantity of butane received through the meter at QAFAC.. Scope:

CIVIL/STRUCTURAL

1. Existing Metering Skid Foundation will be utilized.
2. A second emergency exit in the form of a structural steel crossover shall be provided over the firewater pipeline trench adjacent to the flow meter skid.

PIPING

1. New Metering Skid with Duplex Strainer
2. Piping Modifications

ELECTRICAL

1. Electrical Power Supply from UPS DB (at LER 3400) to new Metering Skid.

INSTRUMENTATION

1. New Flow computer panel shall be installed for monitoring the flow of butane to QAFAC at LER-3400 (Extension).The flow computer shall be interfaced with existing GE Fanuc CIMPLICITY SCADA in NGL 1 & 2 CCB for monitoring and control.
2. Modification of Existing PLC and F&G system.
