CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR REPLACEMENT OF WASTE HEAT BOILER. Project Description. Removal of the existing WHB unit (Cutting out) and installation (by welding) of the new Waste Heat Boiler of Train 1 in ORYX GTL Plant. Scope:

1. Removal and relocation of existing powers and instruments.
2. Fabrication of the special saddle supports as required.
3. Fabrication and installation of temporary supports
4. Risers/Down comers Cutting and reinstallation with all necessary Hydrotesting and radiography (Saferad)
5. Above ground piping work
6. Mechanical work
7. Steel structure work
8. Civil work
9. Electrical & instrumentation work
10. Insulation work
11. Painting work
