The contract start date is 15 April,2014 with a completion date of Q3 2015. The work comprises of the procurement, construction, maintenance, and hand over of a Proposed Lulu Hypermarket located in Al Messila. The project consists of the hypermarket building of B+G+1F.he total built up area of the building is approx. 14,040 sqm with Plot area of approx. 16,868 m2
